Roughly 2 to 3 times a week one or two various vehicles are illegally parked on the K St. NW access rode between 24th & 25th Sts.

This forces cars to use one lane rather than the two lanes during evening rush hour, causing traffic to back up and block the 24th st. intersections at K st, as well as backing up and blocking the box at 24th and Pennsylvania Ave.

We have never seen these vehicles ticketed or towed.
