AFTER RESEARCHING THE DDOT PROPERTY LAYERS, THERE IS INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION ALONG THE TWO BLOCKS OF WEST VIRGINIA AVE NE, BETWEEN FLORIDA AVE AND K STREET, TO CLEARLY ESTABLISH PROPERTY OWNERSHIP. WITHOUT CLEAR OWNERSHIP INFORMATION, IT IS RISKY TO MAKE A LONG-TERM DECISION OF PLANTING A TREE HERE---OR DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET.
