Description

Manhole cover is very uneven with the pavement. It's like hitting a speed bump without warning; this could very cause damage to drivers' vehicles

I'd add that the entire road traveling south from St. Albans to the 440 underpass has issues with pavement roughness and uneven grade. This entire section needs to be touched up at a minimum and repaved would be the best solution.
