In answer to my last report, you were to send a contractor to clean up this property. Someone cut some of the grass, left most of the weeds and overgrown shrubs that reach to the street and ignored the weeds and overgrown shrubs on Monitor Road. The 6-foot weeds are now 8 feet tall and seeding, sending weeds seeds throughout the rest of the neighborhood. This place is a blight to the neighborhood. I suggest someone from the city come see for themselves.
