Opis

At this traffic intersection heading westbound on Munson (to Henry) in the afternoons only the light has not been cycling to green from red. This happened 8/26 & 8/27 @ ~5:00 - 5:30pm. The cars all line up then begin running the red light with some dangerous near misses taking place. Please fix this signal.
