Comcast can parked in marked handicapped space in rear alley of location. We call this violation in at least once a week and no corrective action had been taken. Several of my neighbors have observed parking enforcement officer with badge #133, report to location of violation and mark 'no violation' on the service request when indeed there is a violation.
