Sharraxaadda

I have attached photos of the overgrown vegetation that is growing between the house and the apartment building next door. I have made several requests to have this matter resolved. also, might they be instructed to move their trashcans to a different location on the property as their trash area is situated at the side of my front yard. There are animals living under the woodpile and we keep getting mice.
