Opis

Left lane of Montana onto New York Ave outbound in North East should be marked as a left turn only. It currently is not, and the sign and road markings are confusing especially for people in the wrong lane. People in the center Lane often turn left onto NY ave instead of going straight, adding even more confusion. This confusion causes extensive, unnecessary backups during the morning
