City of Albuquerque addressed this issue, service request # 12871046.

The issue should not have been closed until the link is back up and working. I found a message on some 311 page that says the system is being updated and will be available in September. I think THAT is the message that should be sent back to me, not that the issue is closed. Thank you.

This link has been down for at least 8 months. Each time I inquire into it, I am told the middle of the next month. I will believe it when I see it. :(
