I know, but, why spend the time starting this site if you just have to call for something as simple as filling a pothole? If this site can't handle a pothole, what can it handle?

Still not filled, even though another one in the SAME INTERSECTION was filled. How does this happen?

It's called job security. If there are 3 holes they will fill one or two and save the other for another day. By that time the first patch or two will come out and they will have more to do yet another day. If they would do it right the first time the patch would stay but all they do is throw some cold patch in a hole on top of the dirt and water that is already in there instead of cleaning it out, priming it and making it last.
