The even side of Quail Street between Warren and Mercer Streets has trash scattered all over the block. Its mostly on the grassy curbside and more as you get closer to Mercer than Warren. Sorry to say alot is from children and they leave it across the street on the lawn and at the curb of the Park Row apts. where they go to play also. Some is from improperly stored trash, some is from people walking/parking and dumping in general. Also, several residents on that block of Quail did not put their trash out. It is piling up in the alleys on the side of those houses. I'm sorry, I didn't have a pen or paper or I would give you the exact addresses. Hope I've been of some help here.
