Description

This is an unsightly, foul smelling heap of mess, and I have continued to inform the landlord of this property, however he doesn't seem to care. This happens on a weekly basis, and the smell alone is enough to make me gag. The scent MUST waft through the windows of this buildings residents. It's a rat fest, an eye sore, and it's taking away from the neighborhood.
