Vacant lot unknown address 4600 block of Winthrop. west side of street the lot is located two parcels north of alley, and 3 parcels / lots south of Leland. Trash thrown in vacant lot. Looks like the yard is being used as salvage yard with abandoned cars with broken windows along sidewalk edge. In safe with preschool across street.
