GREAT NEWS!!! The motorcycle people have been evicted! Legally, they can probably stretch out their pot-filled, obscenity-screaming, fight-threatening, yard-parking, motorcycle-revving tenancy for about 30 more days ... but they are soon out of our hair. Can I get an AMEN? PS. It would have been nice if the city actually responded to prior posts, but I'm just glad the nightmare is over.

Still there. I can smell the pot smoke as I type - it's wafting in the bedroom windows. The landlord is afraid of the tenant. I told him I'd go to court to "support him" for the eviction process. And, no, the city never did a darned thing about the property.
