Descripción
A HUGE pile of mulch--dump truck load--was left in my driveway on or around Monday, 8/10 AM. Large tire marks on the pavement; I've waited for some dept. to discover their mistake, thnking a disgruntled resident would be calling in a complaint. It hasn't happened. Now what? How do I get the mulch removed?

No, no, no! Please reopen and respond to my problem--a HUGE pile of mulch was left in my driveway, unexpected and not ordered by me. It is a hazard with all the insects and rodents around. Please have it removed or tell me what process to use to get it cleared away.
