Description

It is 7:00 AM on Saturday morning. The AC unit at Life Center Ministries is whining and groaning. It is all that can be heard throughout the neighborhood. This noise has to be in excess of the allowed decibel level. This is a noise nuisance. Sustained, loud, man made noises contribute to public health problems and negatively affects the health of communities. This noise nuisance needs to be stopped and the City Code needs to be enforced in order to protect citizens from public health hazards.
