Once again, the Mayor's Office and Police Department in Vineland are completely closing S. Lincoln Ave. Refuse to direct one lane of traffic to pass. Extensive traffic. Did not ask local residents about the need or desire for this project.

This initially took place a few months ago, and after a significant outcry from local community residents, Lincoln Ave was left open. Now, the problem has resurfaced again. Police close road completely, and refuse to direct one lane of traffic to get through. Mayor's Office contacted and did not have resolution. Residents question the need for new water pipes since current ones are fine. No problems with water or pressure. Money wasted for a project we neither need nor want. Money could have been spent on repairing bridges damaged from Irene. Why does this continue? Please, leave road open and spend money more wisely. If you are not sure what needs to be done in area, ASK RESIDENTAS!!!!!!

Leave the road alone and spend money fixing what really needs to be fixed. Stop wasting money on things that do not need to be done.

I think the mayor is up for re-election this year. DO NOT VOTE FOR HIM. He has done nothing to resolve this problem. Keeps closing Lincoln Ave in Eastt Vineland. Tons of traffic. Parents cannot get home in time to get kids off of the school bus. Such chaos for nothing. Stop doing projects on Lincoln Ave that we do not need!!!!!!!

Why won't they work on roads that really need to be worked on. No one asked residents if we needed new pipes. What a waste of money. Funds could have fixed many, many, many roads instead. What a waste.

DO NOT vote for people who wanted this mess. Election is soon!

Look at all of the pot holes that people report need to be fixed. Why are we wasting money on this? We do not need new pipes.

Wrong that money used for project that is not needed. Bridges and roads damaged by Irene and they cannot fint money to fix them. This funding could have been used for that instead. What a waste. Remember - ELECTION TIME IS COMING SOON! Do not vote for people who waste money on projects we do not need or want.

This reminds me of the Vineland Birthday cake issue. Why do we continue to complain about something that is actually helping us? Just tolerate it for a while. And yes, it is inconveniencing me too.

It is interesting that money is very limited in Cumberland County, yet a tremendous amount was spend on new water pipes for Lincoln Ave and they were not needed. What a waste of tax money!!!!!!!

I do complain because my tax dollars are going toward something that we do not need!!!!!!!!! It is a waste of our tax dollars. The pipes on Lincoln Ave are fine.
