I agree. Never had a water problem and have lived in East Vineland most of my life..Boy, my water bill is sure going to go up and this will effect all residents of Vineland, not just East Vineland.. Wish they had just left it alone since this is not needed anyway. Save the money and pay down our debt with it.. Lincoln Ave is main route for so many, many people that they should have considered this before starting project. POOR PLANNING ON THEIR PART!!!!!
