I live off of Sherman and have no problem with going around so that this work out here can get done. Stop complaining it's for a good reason. Everyone out there wants city water than deal with some ot the problems for awhile. Go around, there's plenty of outerlying streets. Take alternate routes.

It takes me 7 miles out of my way when road is closed. Why can't the VIneland Police get out of their cars and direct traffic so that at least one lane can get through? I observed them sitting in car reading paper while traffic was getting backed up for miles and miles. We did not ask for this project. There is no problem with the water in East VIneland. I live here and water is fine. Why are we wasting money on something that we do not need or want.? Let us pay off the deficit instead of unnecessary spending. No one asked for this project because I live in area.

Is there anyone who works in the Vineland Police Dept that would request keeping the road open? It would be so helpful for local residents. I am unable to get home in time to get my children off of the school bus. An adult must be there because they are very young. A few times, children were taken back to school because the traffic was so bad and police did not help to move traffic along. It took me so long to get through Grant Ave light that I missed their school bus. Can anyone help? It is a real hardship for me too.
