Car was intentionally placed in front of our driveway by our terrible neighbor This is not the first time Called the police at 4pm as a non-emergency . It's 5:30and still waiting This is the 6 0r 7 times had parking issues with the bad neighbor She thinks she owns the street in front of her house. I guess if I lived in Fairfield the cops would show up Still waiting ..,....
