UPDATE!

"The Building Department went to 1407 E Main St Bridgeport but did not observe a chimney that is in disrepair and in danger of falling. If that was the incorrect address, please provide the correct one. There are a couple of chimneys in the vicinity that seems to need some work, but not in danger of collapsing."

The correct address is 1413 East Main street. The chimney is clearly visible from the lot @ 268 Putnam street.
