09-20-2011 The fourth tree has been cleaned up into an arch over the path. Watch out for the hedge apples and nasty thorns.

Good News! As 09-25-2011, the third tree has been cleared. Looks like a professional job!

Bad news - as of 09-25-2011, the fourth tree is still there and has fallen lower over the path. Watch out for the nasty thorns.

As of 11/27/2011, all of the fallen trees have been cleared. Work on resurfacing the canal path and repairing the bridges is proceeding.
