I had just encountered this on my to work; a heinous symbol defacing a wooden fence of this residence. Pity, the owner spent hundreds of dollars to install the new fence. This happens to be near the freeway footbridge, which is covered in graffiti. All the more reasons to end the graffiti problem and discourage prowlers.
