It's really bad right now on Lyon St (430 on Saturday sept 10th). Smells of sewage. Is this happening elsewhere in the city?

I've noticed this too on Chapel Street near Wooster Square. It's a sewage smell, almost like sulfur.

At first I thought it was coming from the harbour but now I think it may have something to do with the highway work. The smell seems to be much better now on Chapel st where I am but the work may be progressing up the line.
