There is an abandoned large (approximately 200 gallon) gray sewage tank on the curb of Temple Street just north of the Center Church on the Green in New Haven. We've reported this abandonment on two previous occasions and have yet to see any action taken. WHEN WILL THIS TANK BE DISPOSED OF?
