Hello, I am the proud homeowner of a beautiful home on Thomas Circle. Sadly for all of the years I have been here, my side of Thomas Circle has been bombarded with litter, some very dangerous. I have sent a few letters with photos attached of the problem to Town Hall and Board of Health. Two particular situations included a broken beer bottle and opened liquor bottles with liquor still in them, not to mention, some type of tobacco in pouches and to top it off a Aids Blood test kit. Someone promised me that a street light would be installed there and a sign reading "No Littering", this is as you are coming up the hill on the left. I hope and pray that these issues will be addressed for every ones safety. I pay enough taxes in my neighborhood and it should be safe, and litter free environment for me and all the residents on our beautiful Thomas Circle. I hope to hear from someone soon regarding resolving this/these issues. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
