owners dont care about illegal dumping and illegal auto repairs going on at their property. the people leave their garbage cans out all the time on hope alley and dont take them in and the stink is bad with flies all around. they also dump their old car parts behind 756 haws avenue and have been reported to the boro. why dont the absentee owners make the renter abide by the law? they may not care about anything but the money they are getting while the boro stinks with their renters illegals dumping
