What needs to happen for parking enforcement to occur when the infractions take place? The data indicates the reports for illegal parking arrive during the 6-9 pm period. However, attempted enforcement occurs 10 pm - 1 am. Reports related to the Taft Recreation Center have been arriving for a year during these time periods. I expect that infractions will continue to occur during the evening period on weeknights with organized practices until parking enforcement takes timely action. Bdg 237/mm seems level headed and his earlier actions have kept specific cars out of the park. It would be beneficial at the beginning of the sports season for him to proactively provide attention to the Taft Recreation Center in the evenings.
