Going west on Johnson Street, light is red for to long. That cars are making a right turn and then a u turn on Hiatus to come back to make a right turn a Johnson Street. That is how long it is. Timing is way off. Plus I have written twice to ask why their is No Turning lane on Johnson Street onto Hiatus. The other 3 corner s have a turning lane. Can someone look into this.
