We need a cop to check the bikes the guy owns that lives in the middle of Pine Tree Ridge. All they ever do is rev bikes that are so loud and drive around in circles through the neighborhood over and over. I'm sure one or more has pipes that are illegal. Somewhere a trailer park is missing some low life.
