Every night after 6pm a dozen or more out of state cars park on the street in front of our houses - contractors go to work at the Capitol nights. It is posted 2 hour parking until 9:30pm north of the alley, and 2 hour parking south of the alley (north of E street) until Midnight, but the 2 hour limit is NEVER enforced, leaving residents no place to park at the end of the day when we return home. Please send parking enforcement to ticket and tow non-zone 6 permitted vehicles.
