311, what's the status of this repair? Is it complete, and if not, when is it scheduled?

This is Paul Ghiotto again — my family just finished a 3.5 year overseas tour and the city STILL hasn’t repaired the curb?

Can the city please repair the curb? This is amazing.

Paul, unfortunately even though 311 promised Councilmember Charles Allen that the system upgrade would ensure DDOT, DPW, etc. no longer have their timestamp reset every time tickets are fraudulently closed, looks like this was yet another lie. 311 still refuses to reopen fraudulently closed tickets. My apologies for DC government continuing to ignore us all, and thanks for all you do.

Hey, Paul, check out the email I got from the city: "Please note, after September 30, 2019, service requests submitted through the SeeClickFix app will no longer be processed by DC 311."

My guess is they don't like the public accountability SeeClickFix provides citizens.
