I've caught Public Works employees stealing/throwing away/removing because they liked not the candidate and actually wanted to be rewarded by the plowers that be for said dastardly and very illegal act..Sign was placed correctly etc. - One never knows who took this sign or signs. But watch early in the morning when the trucks start slamming things around - maybe why they ignore the noise ordinance, so as not be seen
