The lights at these intersections look like they were programmed by Helen Keller. The left turn only arrow from Comm Ave is pointless as the other light on Lexington St is red and backed up. Also cars taking a left into Starbucks blocks traffic - just completely ridiculous and causes crazy amounts of traffic, daily.
