This trash is left in front of my door AFTER the street has been cleaned. The trash is carried from up the street and deposited in front of my house by the machine. There is an improperly placed speed bump. I should not have to clean the street in front of my house right after the street cleaner has left. He deposits more trash than what was there before. I have brought this up before. I have lots of before and after pictures. If the machine cannot work over the speed bumps than someone needs to clean the street behind them. It is not right that the DC government brings more trash and Dirt to your house than you had if they never came down to clean the street in the first place.
