Wasn't there yesterday.
I don't think it's abandoned as this truck is only parked there during the day, even if illegally. Someone's daytime parking spot
This an illegally parked vehicle, along with all the other trucks and trailers that http://www.ponderosatreeservice.com/index.php use out of 3030 Mandela Parkway. This business is putting a burden on the residents with their illegal parking and blocking of resident vehicles because they are too laze to walk a block to park...
Please start ticketing this business for illegal parking. Ponderosa Tree Service
There is likely a truck from landscaping business that operates out of the bottom floor of 3030 Mandela Parkway. They are ALWAYS double parked, and often block residents vehicles in. One of the managers drives an old beige diesel Mercedes that apparently cannot reverse easily and is also parked illegally often. When asked to park legally he is rude and antagonistic, and claims his car doenst reverse well and he cannot parallel park... HOW IS THAT A STREET LEGAL VEHICLE???
They should not be running a business that requires this much parking out front. These work trucks and trailers should be parked on Ettie or another space with proper parking. It should not be the burden of the residents of the complex because their workers are too lazy to walk a block. Often these illegally parked vehicles include trailers and heavy landscaping equipment. They should be ticketed and their business license should be reviewed for proper street parking use.
