Please first call 311 to file an official complaint with the city housing authority. Then post the name and phone number of your building management and we will call them on your behalf.

Hi H,
Thanks for the photo of your inside temperature at 64 degrees, which is just 4 degrees below the minimum required during the day.
These are the official rules for landlords:
Between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, if the outside temperature falls below 55 degrees, the inside temperature must be at least 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
Between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, if the temperature outside falls below 40 degrees, the inside temperature must be at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

BTW, a $12 Verilux 75watt Gro-Lamp and a $10 light fixture provides good, portable spot heat without blowing the circuit breakers.
