The street sweeper came by and made a pass on Temple Street but left most of the leaves, tree bark and litter behind. Perhaps the hopper in the sweeper was full and needed to be emptied, but most of the debris was re-arranged in the gutters and not removed. The equipment needs to be checked, because it has been ineffective! We've reported this on two occasions in the past two months -- today is Monday, August 11, 2014.
