Is the water you are reporting clear water, sewer water or water with a bad odor? The Department of Public Works does not maintain the water main, for water issues please contact EBMUD at (866) 403-2683. If sewer related, your request will be forwarded to our Sewer Department. Thanks for getting back to us. It would seem like the water is clear. The green coloration seems to be algae. I would assume it is not sewer related, though having someone inspect it wouldn't be a bad idea. I will also contact EBMUD.

EBMUD did come out to inspect and they determined that it wasn't an issue with pipes. The water remained for a very long time, but there is none at the moment.

I would like to close this issue, but it doesn't seem to be an option on SCF website.
