Mattresses, Sofas, Chairs, Miscellaneous Debris, It is a virtual Dumping ground and encampment. Health hazard and Waste Depository.

This issue has been ongoing for 4 or more years.
The City of Oakland needs to do something.
Safety and Heath issues are at stake.
This is unacceptable.
The issue was reported and closed Dec 4. It is not fixed!
