He's back again. This is day 4 camped in the same spot on our street. I've reported this same campwr at least 3-4 x's in the past. He uses our street as a trailer park. Whatever has been done (if anything?) In the past is clearly not working. He needs to camp somewhere else because there are already enough problems with crime activities on that block. Illegal dumping, drugs, alcohol consumption, and sex to name a few. It all happens there at night and during the day.
