Descripción
Light at 9mile and Hughes is not long enough for cars and/or people trying to cross 9 mile on Hughes. If you are lucky you can get 2 cars through the light and if you are crossing the street, the light changes while you are 2/3rds of the way across. I have already been to city hall twice about this but they don't seem to care enough to do anything. This light needs to be fixed soon since school is starting soon and this light is at the end of the street where the High School is.

I am not very well liked in regards to City Council, but it may be the only way to get it taken care of, since I have already gone to the Police Dept 2x and was told 'they'd take care of it'.

That's not correct. In this case, both roads are city streets, so the signal is also under the jurisdiction of the city, not the Road Commission.
