Visitors are allowed as long as they are parked on an approved surface or legally parked on the street. Visitors are not considered an occupant unless they are on the lease, even if they are at the home multiple nights each week. We will post updates here as they become available.

So who is the person with the city who checks the lease against the actual occupants?

I can guarantee you the city will not do anything about this issue. Like all other incidents, they will investigate and then say they cant prove that there are more than 4 unrelated. Case closed!
