I don't think this is really the appropriate contact method for something that's very time-sensitive. I bet calling 311 on the phone would get you help much quicker!

If someone is blocking my driveway, I check to see first if there's evidence of what house they are at (Visitor's Permit). If I can still get out, I leave them a note (polite) requesting that they be respectful of my entryway. If they are preventing me from entering/exiting or they do it a subsequent time, I call the police and request a tow. Simple as that. From what I understand SeeClckFix works business hours so reporting something on Saturday wouldn't be seen until Monday. Sometimes it's not the blaming of the tools that works, it's the understanding of how they work.
