This has been filled a couple of times by PW, but throwing more and more cold patch into a sinking hole without fixing the cause is a waste of time and effort.

Its deep again - any assignment for future repairs?

I noticed this too, coming home last night. The patch worked for awhile, but the sinkhole is quickly coming back. It's getting me worried, frankly. Can some infrastructure work be done underneath?

It has been assigned to "road repair" and we continue to monitor and patch until the repair work can be done. See SCF# 1137604 and #1119183. we will take a look again. Thanks for reporting

Better yet just archive it so no one can reopen it or comment on it.

Nice trickery to keep issues closed and from actually being able to call out the City for for NOT doing it.

We are closing older "pothole" issues in order to focus on current pothole issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our streets division but were never closed. Other road issues reported in the "pothole" category are road conditions beyond an immediate fix/ patch. We've reviewed those and have considered them through our paving seasons. Thanks
