Description

Unlawful gathering of several males beside and across of the Justice Liquor store, drinking alcohol from bottles without disguising it, smoking Marijuana, playing loud music from cars and causing traffic congestion. I have called and couple several times over the years and nothing happens. All the neighbors are fed up that nothing its not being address. My kids cannot play in the front yard with their loud cursing and music and drinking and smoking activities.
