Sharraxaadda

At the corner of Trumbull (exit 3 ramp) and Orange St snow accumulates on the sidewalk and it is nearly impossible for pedestrians to access the traffic signal or use that corner for crossing the street. After reporting it last year, the problem was resolved - please help again this year
