TRIED TO GET THEM TO DO THIS WHEN THEY DID THE 15 TH AND ELLISTON ST 4 WAY !
ALSO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE JUNK CARS AND TRUCKS SETTING ON THE STREETS.
