This is a residential neighborhood with lots of small children where the speed limit is 25mph. Tractor trailer trucks speed excessively through here regularly on their way to the Pallet Factory. It's an accident waiting to happen!

TRIED TO GET THEM TO DO THIS WHEN THEY DID THE 15 TH AND ELLISTON ST 4 WAY !
ALSO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE JUNK CARS AND TRUCKS SETTING ON THE STREETS.
