Place seems to be coming along. In my opinion there are MUCH larger issues of blight all around west haven. This owner seems to be investing in his property - fine with me, should close this up and move on to the next one

It wasn't until 2 weeks ago that the owner finally cleared the property of constructions debris, despite living in the house for months. And it wasn't just construction debris: 8 foot high piles of dirt and debris were covered with weeds nearly as tall, and given that this qualifies as a violation of blight ordinances, whether or not the owner is investing in his property is debatable. Also, he should consider replacing all the sidewalks that his construction equipment has destroyed. In any case, I will close the case, but it's not like it's been that long.
